Cancellation Policy

We understand plans change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both our clients and our drivers:

  • Cancellations made more than 72 hours before scheduled pickup receive a full refund.
  • Cancellations made 24–72 hours before pickup receive a 50% refund.
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before pickup are non-refundable.
  • Bookings are transferable to another passenger at any time at no charge.
  • No-shows are treated as same-day cancellations and are non-refundable.

Refund Policy

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method. Refunds apply to:

  • Eligible cancellations per the schedule above.
  • Service failures where 381 Black Car Service is unable to fulfill the booking.
  • Significant delays of more than 30 minutes caused by our operations (not traffic or weather).
  • Overcharges or billing errors — contact us within 30 days of the charge.

Refunds are not issued for delays caused by traffic, weather, road closures, or passenger-requested itinerary changes.

Service Standards

  • All drivers are professionally licensed and background-checked.
  • Vehicles are cleaned and sanitized before every ride.
  • Drivers will wait up to 15 minutes at the scheduled pickup location.
  • Complimentary bottled water and phone charging provided.
  • No smoking in any vehicle at any time.
  • Passengers are responsible for damage caused to the vehicle.

Payment & Security

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. Your payment information is encrypted and never stored on our servers.

  • Payments processed by Stripe — PCI DSS Level 1 compliant.
  • HTTPS encryption on all pages.
  • We do not store your card details.
  • Receipts are emailed automatically upon payment.

Our website uses essential cookies to maintain session state. We do not use tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or third-party analytics services that collect personal data.

Data Retention
